Hi Guys,
I'm so sorry for the lack of updates lately. I've been so busy working in a collectionplan, businessplan and a shopplan with my group, there was no time left for updates om my blog!
At this moment i'm on my way to school for the finishing touch because tomorrow is the deadline. I'll post some photo's of the result soon.

WELCOME TO THE SHOP

This is the store plan I´ve made for our brand BRISK Denim. It has to be a kind of underground yet modern. The store also has to fit with our target group and the cradle to cradle concept. Luckily the teacher has approved the plan!

NEW IN

I bought this shirt last week at a sample sale at school from their own brand, AMFI INDIVIDUALS. The actual price was €190 but I got it for only €20! The lucky bastard I am.

COOLHUNTEN | amsterdam

I've found the left man in a second hand shop in Amsterdam at nieuwmarkt. He fits perfectly in the concept of our new jeans brand, BRISK Denim. Our brandvalues are pure nature, dynamic, urban, quality. This goes with an urban, underground look but still has to be modern. So this man is a great catch! He has this kind of underground look and he's just himself. Looking at him makes me happy because this man doesn't follow fashion like the most of us do, but still he's in fashion. The two men on the right I found at a shop also at nieuwmarkt. I can't remeber the name anymore but I do remember that there were hanging pinguins on the sealing.. craaaazy shit, i know. They're both have the underground, urban look which I was looking for and they fit in the total picture of our brand.

Istanbul

On the 16th of november I'll go to Istanbul for four days with two of my AMFI friends. I arranged that we can go to a jeans manufacturer and a wholesale centre but since we have never been there before  maybe you guys have some tips or must see/go to places?

THE GREEN BITCH

Sorry for the lack of updates lately. This week I've been busy with the Beyond Green Sustainability project for AMFI. We're participating on the makeatree.org and warmsweaterday.com competitions.My group got the assignment to make a tree out of mannequins. For the warm sweater day we designed a 'love sweater' which you can attach to your boyfriends so he can keep you warm and the heat can be turned off. In this way we can reduce 7% of CO2 emissions!

This week is all about sustainability, which is a very important subject of course but I can't always keep my concentration. Therefor we have the green bitch. She keeps an eye on all of the AMFI students, if they are all acting green. It's kinda like gossip girl. Really good to come through the 'sustainable' days. Go to the green bitch to read some sustainable gossip!

WINTER LOOKBOOK

From all the rain and cold weather, I became a little depressed. But by seeing these 'winter images' I got all cheered up again. I grabbed a pen and paper and made my own winter wishlist which you will see in the next post. I hope that you guys will get as much inspired as me.

i'm sorry guys that i haven't post anything last week, but i was really busy working on a schoolproject. we had to make a flashmob with the theme 'diversity in amsterdam'. our message is that together, we are amsterdam. we asked several people on the street 'what is amsterdam for you?' they wrote down their message and we put their thoughts on the IAMsterdam sign. our coach gave us a 9 for our flashmob, this is the result!

My first post

Hi guys!

This is my first post so I don't really know what to write. I really love fashion. I'm studying fashion and management at AMFI, I'm in my first year. The last 6 months was hard working but i don't mind because now i'm busy with my biggest passion 24/7.
